Taking a quick look through iphoto this afternoon and marvelling at how the time has flown by.
The photos above are from the summer of 2003 - Hannah on the top and Wyatt below.
She was so serious back then - usually serious, her hands quite often in tight, little fists and often crying, and crying, and crying. And he was a big bundle of chubbiness - always eating and sleeping. They were both chewing on everything and starting to love their toys, stuffies and books. We read to them constantly. This was the summer that Paul taught himself to juggle. It was a valiant effort to stop them from crying - and it worked. God bless my sweet husband - he saved the day so many times.
It seems amazing to me that we are here now - that we survived the baby stage, the toddler stage, preschool, kindergarten and that they are now heading into 4th grade. Seriously amazing.
Realizing, once again, that I need to write things down so that I can remember and savour all the little things about our days.
So thankful for every part of them and our lives together.
